Círdan the Shipwright
Vigilance Secret council — Whenever Círdan enters or attacks, each player secretly votes for a player, then those votes are revealed. Each player draws a card for each vote they received. Each player who received no votes may put a permanent card from their hand onto the battlefield.
How Círdan the Shipwright decks play in EDH
Círdan the Shipwright is a Simic commander in blue and green costing 3GU, and its legendary creature - elf noble line shapes the whole deck around it. It draws extra cards, so the deck can afford a lower curve and lean on volume. The card rewards attacking, so the deck is built to keep creatures pointed at opponents rather than sitting back. The cards below are the ones Círdan the Shipwright decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
