Elrond, Master of Healing
Whenever you scry, put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to X target creatures, where X is the number of cards looked at while scrying this way. Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, you may draw a card.
How Elrond decks play in EDH
Elrond, Master of Healing is a Simic commander in blue and green costing 2GU, and its legendary creature - elf noble line shapes the whole deck around it. It cares about +1/+1 counters, so counter-doubling effects and creatures that grow on their own carry the deck. It draws extra cards, so the deck can afford a lower curve and lean on volume. The cards below are the ones Elrond, Master of Healing decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
