Golbez, Crystal Collector
Whenever an artifact you control enters, surveil 1. At the beginning of your end step, if you control four or more artifacts, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand. Then if you control eight or more artifacts, each opponent loses life equal to that card's power.
How Golbez decks play in EDH
Golbez, Crystal Collector is a Dimir commander in blue and black costing UB, and its legendary creature - human wizard line shapes the whole deck around it. It works out of the graveyard, so self-mill and cheap recursion effectively become extra card advantage. Artifacts drive the deck, so cheap mana rocks and artifact recursion do double duty. The cards below are the ones Golbez, Crystal Collector decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
