How Xavier Sal decks play in EDH
Xavier Sal, Infested Captain is a Sultai commander in blue, black and green costing BGU, and its legendary creature - human fungus pirate line shapes the whole deck around it. It makes tokens, so the deck wants ways to pump a wide board and to turn spare bodies into cards or damage. Sacrifice is built into the card, which pairs it with cheap recursive creatures and payoffs that trigger when something dies. The cards below are the ones Xavier Sal, Infested Captain decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
