Menace Whenever Veronica attacks, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card. Whenever you discard one or more nonland cards for the first time each turn, create a Junk token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this token: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. Activate only as a sorcery.")
How Veronica decks play in EDH
Veronica, Dissident Scribe is a mono-red commander costing 2R, and its legendary creature - human artificer rogue line shapes the whole deck around it. It makes tokens, so the deck wants ways to pump a wide board and to turn spare bodies into cards or damage. Sacrifice is built into the card, which pairs it with cheap recursive creatures and payoffs that trigger when something dies. The cards below are the ones Veronica, Dissident Scribe decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
