Toby, Beastie Befriender
When Toby enters, create a 4/4 white Beast creature token with "This token can't attack or block alone." As long as you control four or more creature tokens, creature tokens you control have flying.
How Toby decks play in EDH
Toby, Beastie Befriender is a mono-white commander costing 2W, and its legendary creature - human wizard line shapes the whole deck around it. It makes tokens, so the deck wants ways to pump a wide board and to turn spare bodies into cards or damage. Built-in evasion means damage gets through reliably, so effects that scale that damage are worth more than extra bodies. The cards below are the ones Toby, Beastie Befriender decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
