How Storm decks play in EDH
Storm, Windrider is a Selesnya commander in white and green costing 1GWW, and its legendary creature - mutant hero line shapes the whole deck around it. Built-in evasion means damage gets through reliably, so effects that scale that damage are worth more than extra bodies.
