Roxanne, Starfall Savant
Whenever Roxanne enters or attacks, create a tapped colorless artifact token named Meteorite with "When this token enters, it deals 2 damage to any target" and "{T}: Add one mana of any color." Whenever you tap an artifact token for mana, add one mana of any type that artifact token produced.
How Roxanne decks play in EDH
Roxanne, Starfall Savant is a Gruul commander in red and green costing 3RG, and its legendary creature - cat druid line shapes the whole deck around it. It makes tokens, so the deck wants ways to pump a wide board and to turn spare bodies into cards or damage. Artifacts drive the deck, so cheap mana rocks and artifact recursion do double duty. The cards below are the ones Roxanne, Starfall Savant decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
