How Nethroi decks play in EDH
Nethroi, Apex of Death is a Abzan commander in white, black and green costing 2WBG, and its legendary creature - cat nightmare beast line shapes the whole deck around it. It works out of the graveyard, so self-mill and cheap recursion effectively become extra card advantage. Life gain is a resource here rather than a safety net, so cards that convert life totals into damage or draw belong in the list. The cards below are the ones Nethroi, Apex of Death decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
