Lyra, Archangel of Dawn
Flying Whenever you gain life, put a +1/+1 counter on each Angel you control.
How Lyra decks play in EDH
Lyra, Archangel of Dawn is a mono-white commander costing 2W, and its legendary creature - angel knight line shapes the whole deck around it. It cares about +1/+1 counters, so counter-doubling effects and creatures that grow on their own carry the deck. Life gain is a resource here rather than a safety net, so cards that convert life totals into damage or draw belong in the list. The cards below are the ones Lyra, Archangel of Dawn decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
