Gwenom, Remorseless
Deathtouch, lifelink Whenever Gwenom attacks, until end of turn, you may look at the top card of your library any time and you may play cards from the top of your library. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than pay its mana cost.
How Gwenom decks play in EDH
Gwenom, Remorseless is a mono-black commander costing 3BB, and its legendary creature - symbiote spider hero line shapes the whole deck around it. Life gain is a resource here rather than a safety net, so cards that convert life totals into damage or draw belong in the list. The card rewards attacking, so the deck is built to keep creatures pointed at opponents rather than sitting back. The cards below are the ones Gwenom, Remorseless decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
