How Elmar decks play in EDH
Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant is a Gruul commander in red and green costing 1RG, and its legendary creature - human line shapes the whole deck around it. It makes tokens, so the deck wants ways to pump a wide board and to turn spare bodies into cards or damage. Sacrifice is built into the card, which pairs it with cheap recursive creatures and payoffs that trigger when something dies. The cards below are the ones Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
