How Dion decks play in EDH
Dion, Bahamut's Dominant // Bahamut, Warden of Light is a mono-white commander, and its legendary creature - human noble knight // legendary enchantment creature - saga dragon line shapes the whole deck around it. It makes tokens, so the deck wants ways to pump a wide board and to turn spare bodies into cards or damage. It cares about +1/+1 counters, so counter-doubling effects and creatures that grow on their own carry the deck.
