Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider
Whenever an artifact you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target Pirate you control.
How Captain Storm decks play in EDH
Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider is a Izzet commander in blue and red costing UR, and its legendary creature - human pirate line shapes the whole deck around it. It cares about +1/+1 counters, so counter-doubling effects and creatures that grow on their own carry the deck. Artifacts drive the deck, so cheap mana rocks and artifact recursion do double duty. The cards below are the ones Captain Storm, Cosmium Raider decks actually play most often, grouped by the job they do.
