How Captain America decks play in EDH
Captain America, Wings of Freedom is a mono-white commander costing 2W, and its legendary creature - human soldier hero line shapes the whole deck around it. The card rewards attacking, so the deck is built to keep creatures pointed at opponents rather than sitting back. Built-in evasion means damage gets through reliably, so effects that scale that damage are worth more than extra bodies.
